Lisa Garrity

Lisa Garrity is a regular on the Tuesday at Whammy stage and out on Waiheke Island with Waiheke Comedy. She's a performer with a coach's eye and a genuine love for what improv can do in a room.

Through her production company Lisa's Playground, Lisa produces and directs "Insert Laugh Track Here" a show that starts with a single word from the audience, moves through spontaneous responses to that word, and builds into fully formed scenes. Improv stripped back to its bones.

She brings warmth, experience, and the kind of enthusiasm that makes everyone around her play better.
